How to Book a Custom Wedding Dance Routine in Perth

Booking a custom wedding dance routine in Perth is a straightforward process — and it starts with a single message. At Wedding Dance Dreams, Hannah-Marie works with couples from the very first enquiry through to their final polish session before the wedding day. Every routine is built from scratch around the couple's song, their style and their ability level.

Step 1 — Send an Enquiry

Get in touch via the contact form at weddingdancedreams.com or send a direct message on Instagram (@weddingdancedreams_perth). Include your wedding date, who needs lessons (couple's first dance, father/daughter, bridal party, or a combination), and your suburb — Hannah-Marie travels to clients across the Perth metropolitan area.

The earlier you reach out, the better. Perth's wedding season runs October through April, and lesson slots fill quickly for popular dates. Couples booking 3–6 months out have the most flexibility with scheduling.

Step 2 — Your First Consultation

Before lessons begin, Hannah-Marie will have a conversation about your vision — what kind of dance you want, your song choices, your starting point as dancers and your timeline. This conversation shapes everything: the style, the choreography structure and the number of sessions recommended. There's no pressure and no judgment — this is where the fun begins.

Step 3 — Choose Your Package

Wedding Dance Dreams offers several packages designed for different needs and timelines:

Tier 1 — Simple and Elegant Package: 3 x 1-hour sessions. Designed for couples who want a polished, achievable routine that looks beautiful without requiring extensive dance experience. Ideal if you have 6–10 weeks before the wedding.

Tier 2 — The Showstopper Package: 6 x 1-hour sessions. For couples who want a full choreographed performance — something guests will genuinely remember. Recommended with at least 3 months lead time.

Father/Daughter or Mother/Son: 2 x 30-minute sessions. A focused, meaningful routine for the bride or groom and their parent. Gentle, personal and always emotional.

Bridal Party Package: 2 x 1-hour group sessions. A fun, choreographed group routine for the full bridal party. Great for couples who want the whole wedding party involved.

Private add-on sessions are also available for extra practice: 30 minutes ($100 AUD), 45 minutes ($125 AUD) or 1 hour ($150 AUD).

Step 4 — Lessons Begin

All lessons are held at your home — there's no studio to travel to. Hannah-Marie brings everything needed and works within your space. Sessions are progressive: you'll start with foundational steps and rhythm work, then build toward a complete routine over the course of your package. Between sessions, a short home practice of 10–15 minutes a few times a week is all that's needed to consolidate progress.

Step 5 — Polish and Perform

In the final sessions before your wedding, you'll run through the full routine with music, refine the finer details and work on performance confidence — the difference between executing the steps correctly and actually enjoying the moment. Many couples also book a short final session in the week before the wedding for a confidence boost and any last-minute adjustments.

How Far in Advance Should You Book?

For a Tier 1 package, a minimum of 6–8 weeks before the wedding is recommended. For Tier 2 or bridal party packages, 3–6 months gives the best results. If your wedding is less than 6 weeks away, get in touch anyway — Hannah-Marie will assess what's achievable with the time available and tailor a plan accordingly.
